To receive your winnings by cheque, you must first request a cash-in through the casino software. Once you've done this, return to this page and choose either the regular mail or courier delivery option (see below).
Then, either E-mail your request to us at banking@jackpotfactory.com, or click here to request your cheque. Remember that your "E-cash account number" is your Casino Account Number.
- Withdrawals via cheque may take up to 30 working days to reach you.
- If, after 30 days you still have not received your cheque, please contact support for assistance.
- You may only receive your withdrawal by cheque if you have a bank account.
- Once your withdrawal process has begun by cheque, it can not be cancelled or reversed.
Multi-Currency payout option
You may choose to receive the cheque with your winnings in one of the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro or UK Sterling. (Players from France may receive a withdrawal by cheque in US Dollars only.)
For players in Austria, The Netherlands and Greece:
The cost of processing is as follows:
- In Greece, only the standard check fee is charged - there is no additional cost.
- Austria and The Netherlands: €40 per check to issue & cancel, with a minimum 3 weeks to receive a cancellation confirmation.

CHEQUE DELIVERY BY REGULAR MAIL
There is no charge for sending a cheque by regular mail, although delivery may take up to 30 business days.
CHEQUE DELIVERY BY INTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICE
If you wish your cheque to be sent to you by international courier service, there is a charge of $35 for this service, which will be deducted from the amount of the cash in. To use this service, please also provide a day time telephone number so the courier can confirm a time for delivery.
