What is Vegas Craps?
Vegas Craps is a casino table game of chance that is played with two dice. In this great variation of the classic casino game, the Shooter is the only one that rolls the dice.
Rules of How to Play Vegas Craps
There are two parts to the game of Vegas Craps. The "Coming Out" section is the part before any Point has been made. The aim is to roll a seven or an eleven to win; but if one of the numbers four, five, six, eight, nine or ten is rolled, a Point is established. In the "Point" part of the game, the aim is for the same number as rolled in the Point to be rolled, before rolling a seven.
How to Bet and Win at Vegas Craps
After placing a "Pass Line" bet, the player wins even money if the total of the die rolled is seven or eleven.
When making a "Pass Line" bet, if a Point has been established and then rolled again before a seven, even money will be paid.
Another way to win is by making a "Don't Pass" bet. In this wager, the Player hopes that the Shooter will roll a two, three or twelve on the "Come Out" roll or establish a Point by throwing four, five, six eight, nine or ten.
Another winning bet is to place a "Come" bet. Such a bet may be placed on every roll of the dice once a Point has been established.
"Odds" bets are further bets which may be placed on an established Pass, Don't Pass, Come or Don't Come bet.
A different possible way to win is to make a "Place to Win" bet, wagering that the Shooter will roll the number upon which a Win bet is placed, that is either four, five, six, eight, nine or ten, before rolling a seven.
A player can also win by placing a "Place to Lose" bet, wagering that the Shooter will roll a seven, before the number upon which a Lose bet is placed: four, five, six, eight, nine or ten.
A "Field" bet wagering that the Shooter will roll a two, three, four, nine, ten, eleven or twelve on the next roll, can also be a winner.
Another possible way to win is by making a "Hardways" bet. In this bet, the aim is that the Shooter will roll a four, six, eight or ten as a double before one of these numbers are thrown in a different combination, or before a seven is rolled.
An additional way to win is by betting on "Any Seven". This is a wager that a seven will be thrown on the next roll.
In an "Any Craps" bet, a Player can win if the Shooter throws a two, three or twelve on the next roll.

In a "Craps Two" bet, a Player can win if the Shooter throws a two on the next roll.
In a "Craps Twelve" bet, a Player can win if the Shooter throws a twelve on the next roll.
In a "Craps Three" bet, a Player can win if the Shooter throws a three on the next roll.
In an "Eleven" bet, a Player can win if the Shooter throws an eleven on the next roll.
Another winning wager can be made in the form of a "Big Six", when a six is rolled before a seven.
An additional winning wager can be made in the form of a "Big Eight", when an eight is rolled before a seven.

A "Buy" bet is another possible winner. In this bet, if the Shooter rolls the number of four, five, six, eight, nine or ten, upon which a win bet is placed, before a seven is rolled, then payout will be made at true odds, less 5% commission charge.
A "Lay" bet could also produce true odds winnings less a 5% commission charge. In this bet, the Shooter needs to roll a seven before rolling the number of four, five six, eight, nine or ten, upon which a Lose bet is placed.
Definitions and Terms for Vegas Craps
Box Cars is the term for a throw of two sixes.
A Come Out roll is the term for any roll before a Point is made.
Craps Out occurs when a two, three or twelve is thrown on the Come Out roll.
The term to Establish a Point is when a Point is rolled on the Come Out throw.
The term Making a Point is used when the Shooter rolls the same number as the Point, once established. It should be noted that the Shooter continues to roll until the Point is made or until a seven is thrown.
A Point refers to the number of four, five, six, eight, nine or ten, that the Shooter is trying to roll in order to win a Pass Line bet.
The Shooter is the Player that rolls the dice.
Snake Eyes is the term for a throw of a two.
